Look what we won!!

We had another appointment yesterday and everything is going great! Now we are starting to go every two weeks! YAY! I cannot get enough of this baby girl's heartbeat! It's like the first time everytime:) Anyway, so after our appointment, we walked out of the room and to the desk to schedule another appointment. As we walked up to the counter the girl behind the desk says, "We got a surprise for you" and pointed to the end of the counter. At first, I didn't realize she was talking to me, then when I saw that she was looking at me I looked at the counter and saw this huge basket sitting there! She told me that they kept picking names until they drew my name haha! I thought she was kidding then Kenny told me after we left that when she said that, she looked at him and nodded her head like "no, really we did." I was so excited and anxious to see what all was in it! It had a couple books, a travel coffee mug, toys, diapers, wipes, and 24 bottles of ready to use formula! Plus the basket is perfect to use as a hamper!

We hope everyone had a great Easter weekend! We really wanted to get the chair-rail done in Peyton's room, but we were afraid it was going to rain on our way home from Home Depot friday night so we thought we would wait until Saturday morning to go and get it, but that didn't work out too well either. Our house is nice and clean though:) I dont know why, but when it rains or it's overcast, it puts me in cleaning mode! Kenny, being the FANTASTIC husband he is, cleaned the toilets and showers:) Gosh, I love that man! On Easter Sunday, we went to a park and met Kenny's side of the family there. It was really nice to everyone since it is so hard to get together other than on a Holiday! After the park, we went by Nonny's to see her for a little bit. After that we went to my parents and had dinner. A bunch of friends and family came over. I thought I took more pictures, but apparently I didn't. I have this one of some of us watching the horses go crazy after being let out! I thought it was a good one.
Then some played football and kickball while the others just sat around and tried to digest all the good food we had! Our first official Easter Sunday family picture:) To think next year she will be here is so exciting! We can't wait!

Peyton update!

Her room is painted for the most part. Just little touch-ups here and there, then we will put up the chair-rail and it will be ready for the furniture! Here is a little something I have been finishing up the last week. Here is one of the frames I made so far...

We aren't sure how we are going to put the crib and stuff yet so I haven't hung these up, but I think I might need to add a little something extra to them, I just don't know what.


We have our next appointment on Wednesday! We have been on a countdown since our last one:)

Another Win!

Last weekend we went to another softball tournament for Hailey's team and they WON! These girls have been playing phenomenally this year! We were there all day and got sun burnt and wind burnt, but it was worth it! They played five games and the first few games they run-ruled the teams. They scored 44 runs against all their opponents and there opponents only scored 4 on them! This team is so much fun to watch! Great job LadyCats!
