Lately...

We've been staying indoors! We hate being couped up, but unless we are swimming it's just too hot to do anything outside! My parents got a new boat so we went to the lake a few weeks ago and had a great time! Peyton didn't join us, but maybe when she's a little older! I need to get her in swim lessons first! We got out there early and left by the time it started to get really busy. They have a big 3 person tube and we had a BLAST! Can't wait to go again!

Our niece Paige was here for the summer! We went to Chick-Fil-A for breakfast one morning because they don't have them in Canada and it's her favorite! Afterwards, we went to San Tan shopped a bit and played on the splash pad. Peyton didn't want to miss a thing with her so after a while she was pretty cranky.We also went to see our other new niece Teagan! She was so tiny and so precious!We went to Amazing Jake's one Saturday! Kenny and I watched Tommi that day so I didn't do many of the rides, but that place is pretty cool! The food wasn't bad either.Cereal makes her so happy!I went by a few garage sales on a friday morning and driving through our neighborhood I noticed how pretty the sky looked. Luckily, I got home in time to take a picture from our backyard!She's been into wearing all the headbands she can possibly find around the house!
We went to the Children's museum last weekend with Katie, Jake, and Ryker. I assumed my camera was in the diaper bag and turns out it wasn't. Bummer because I didn't get any pictures, but we had a lot of fun! We also went to a softball tournament for Hailey and birthday party for a cousin who is in town from North Carolina, but I have no pictures from them:( Hope you all have a great week! Oh and we are so EXCITED for football to start!!!! Woo Hoo!!!! Go Cowboys!!!!

Camping!

Memorial weekend we went camping with Katie and Jake! Peyton had so much fun and of course, was a walking dirt ball the whole time. As soon as we got there we changed her in the tent and as soon as she stepped out she tripped, fell and from then on was never clean! So excuse the dirty face in EVERY SINGLE picture! We had so much fun though and can't wait to do it again!

Baby Showers!

Over the last few months I have been to 3 baby showers! My friend, Kelly, my sister, Kelli and my sister-in-law, Karen! I love showers and these were no exception! My friend's was amazing! Her mom is such a great hostess and always has cute ideas for food and decor! I wish I took more pictures when I was there, but here is the only one... I'm so glad I met this group of ladies and still remain friends!At my sister's shower she made a belly cast for people to sign at her shower. I put it under my shirt and Peyton didn't understand what the heck was going on! Here's a diaper cake I made for her shower! She looks so pretty pregnant! And she is a fantastic mommy, by the way! Little Tommi was born on the 27th of June! And we are so happy she is finally here!Karen's was fun too! It was a coed shower and those are always fun! Peyton loved all the balloons! Their baby isn't here yet, but we think any day now! We can't wait!Here's the diaper cake I made for them!

4th of July!

We are lucky enough to have a great fireworks show right in my paren't backyard! She loved the fireworks from Schnepf Farms!

I love her kisses!Peyton got her first fish! Her Great-Grandma Rosemary sent her some birthday money and we went to Walmart and got her a fish! SHE LOVES IT! "Where's Peyton?Not sure what this is all about...
Our little ham! She loves posing when you tell her "CHEESE!""Cheese!"I was changing the belt on our vacuum and she needed to replace hers too:)We took my little sister and her boyfriend to a DiamondBacks game a few weeks ago. She is growing up way to fast too! Thomas and Kelli came, then Madi, a friend of Hailey's met up with us too!She really likes bubbles!

She says "awwww" in a soft voice whenever she sees Tommi. And calls her "Baby Tom"
