After we got home, we had to hurry and get ready for a hockey game! The Coyotes won 4-1 and since they scored 4 goals (is that what they are called in hockey??? haha) we got a free chalupa from Taco Bell. We went with my aunt, uncle, cousins, and friends and had awesome seats! (Thanks Aunt DeAnn!)
Sunday, we slept in and cleaned around the house, went grocery shopping, watched football, then went and practiced for our softball tournament this week! We ended up 9 and 5 in our softball league. Two of those losses were to a team that no one beats because they have been playing together forever, but the second game was close:) We are a pretty good team though, especially for not ever practicing or playing with eachother before this! We will start playing on another team at the Field of Dreams for a short league with a friend who's work is sponsoring us! That field is so neat so it will be fun to play there! Then another Queen Creek league will start on January 1st, which we just found out today that we were picked again! They only pick 8 teams and about 20-30 teams put in, I think. I guess it's good to "know some people" *wink wink" :) Hailey also had a tournament this last weekend. We missed it because we were up north, but they went 2 and 2 and lost in the 2nd round that night. Hailey had a homerun, so I just wanted to brag about how AWESOME my little sister is at softball:) I am so proud of her and she amazes me at everything she does. She is a natural at every sport she plays! I don't think there is one game that goes by that me and Kelli don't yell "that's my sister!" haha
